Ah, that game in '13 was a thriller  ;D
I think last weekend's results for both clubs would have us thinking the Blues might be a little more competitive than say 2 weeks ago.

North really need to pull their finger out because they are very close to breaking their streak imo. Needed to be ruthless last week and weren't. Can't afford to drop their effort this week, because it won't stack up against Carlton who are full of confidence after 2 strong wins

I think if Kreuz was in this might be a different game. Goldy can dominate inferior opponents so it will be a baptism of fire for Gorringe. I'm hoping he could rise to the occasion but it might be a tough one. The game will be won and lost in the ruck.

I don't know if Gorringe is also carrying something because he wasn't named in the VFL. Jaksch was one of our better players in the VFL so he probably deserves a chance to show what he has in Levis absence. We probably need 3 talls and Plowman down back to match up with North. Tex needs some touch so he could probably do with a week in the reserves just to get to the pace he needs to be at.
