Hello men

I have been looking at this trade all week and cannot decide who to get.

Atm my team looks like this:

Shaw, Bartel, Rich, Adams, Tippa, DBJ (Brown, Ruggles)
Danger, Hanners, Selly, Gaz, Pendles, Libba, Kerridge, Oliver (Hewett, Davis, Smith)
Goldy, Nicnat (Goetz)
Hall, Budd, Dusty, (x), Wells, Barlow (Bken, Recca)

I see it as Zorko is cheaper and has scored better and shown more consistency with an easier draw to come

vs

Dahl in a better team with a better bye round

If I get zork then I have 9 premos out in round 15.

Also if I want to have them both in at a stage, who would be better to take now?

cheers for any help

Both solid choices, lean towards Dahl due to your bye situation. Question is are you happy to wait till rnd16 to get Zorks the other question is between now and then what other prems will you be bringing in that may improve your rnd 15 prem numbers and make Zorko the better option with the Lions run home. Hope that makes sense.

I am wrestling with the same problem - I currently have 8 keepers out in Rd 15 so if I get Zorko will be 9.  My decision though is Dusty v Zorko.  I am taking Dusty for that reason and if Barlow is not returned next week he will become Zorko one Rd 15 keeper for another but an unplanned trade which may hurt.

Zorko is probably a must because even with Beams back he was starting in the centre so that is an indication he will remain there as promised by Leppa at start of season. Only real concern is with his aggression possible injury or suspension. Really regretting not selecting him over Barlow and benching him Rd 1

Come on mate. I was keen on Zorko too but when that suspension came there was no way I was going to start him. If you're serious about the $50k then you can't concede a premium to the rest of the comp in round one. I think you are being a bit hard on yourself. Barlow looked like a sure thing during the preseason.

I'd go Zorko over Dahl for the reasons you've described but I think its a toss of a coin.

Having a laugh surely?? Of course it's easy to say that now that he's averaging 120 and Barlow 80s but come on, why would you start a bloke who was suspended rd1  :o

Both great choices..both prices won't change alot on current form...flip a coin if byes under control

Zorko has been so good that I'm considering giving him his very own GOAT thread.

Both great picks, won't be disappointed with either one.
Zorko with a high of 148 and a low of 102 has him just ahead of Dahl with a 154 and 87 respectively.

Ringo

Zorko continues to be used in midfield so with a biased opinion would select him over Dahl.

Agree on Zorko for the above reasons. Another reason is if you're planning to get both, like me, Dahlhaus has a higher BE this week and based on projections he is more likely to drop a little in price.
