My predictions:

Some deaf chick thought it was Aerys, tbh I have no clue but I'm not too fussed either.
Team up, Tyrion had a soft spot for Jon, he'll make sure they don't fight each other.
Targaryens have married more than once before, so there's a chance they did marry, which would give him the best claim to the throne. But, proving it would be extremely difficult so overall Dany should have the greatest claim either way.
Yeah dunno, and probably never will know.
Sansa would have wanted to be Queen of the North, LF may try to help her with that still instead of Jon being King.
Ideally, kill Cersei :P
Brotherhood, maybe Arya?
Dany vs Euron.

It's more likely to happen in the show than the books

When it's all said and done it looks like it will end with Jon on the throne with Dany at his side

A lot to play out before then though, waiting a year for 7 episodes is brutal!

I kind of see it a bit differently.

Yes Aerys II (Mad King/Dany's dad) did marry his sister and it has happened for years before then so it is entirely possible. I don't think "Jon" really cares for the throne to be honest. He could be just as happy ruling the North while Dany sits on the throne.

If you follow the prophecy of Azor Ahai (One guy that is reborn that will lead man against the whitewalkers), it could definitely be Jon. It was said that Azor Ahai made his sword Lightbringer from many days and it was then used to sacrifice his love Nissa Nissa. If this happens again, it could be Dany that "Jon" sacrifices.

GRRM did say the end would be bittersweet.

Oh yeah I definitely agree, I can't see Jon ending up on the Iron Throne at all. At best, he remains King of Winterfell (I'm also a bit skeptical of this though, think Sansa may end up as Queen of Winterfell).

Jon and Dany will definitely meet and become allies though, can't see it going any other way.

Cersei will be the last person killed on Arya's kill list leaving Ayra to sit on the throne.

The build up wants veiwer/readers to think one of Jon or daenerys will end on top.

Season 1, most were expecting Ned to be King....

Arya is my tip to end on the throne

Wouldn't everyone else need to be dead for that happen?

She can't be on there if her older siblings are around right?
