Yep luck required my score was a lousy 1855 and like Gigantor opponent had a couple of donuts.

Believe it or not this is the first time iI have made it to 3rd round.  Even the year I finished 8th overall was knocked out by eventual winner in Rd 2. So as Grazz says some luck needed as well.

Luck is huge isn't it mate, one shouldn't ever under estimate it particularly in Eliminator because we build our sides for overall rank or finals or both, so all to often you find yourself risking a loss in Eliminator by holding trades for a shot at the bigger picture.

We also both have Hall who may be out. If so, I'd have to trade Wells probably for a fwd premo, and reverse my trade of Mitch Brown to Enright. Assuming Hall does play though, looking at our teams, I'd say I have him covered in defence, midfield pretty even, Goldy vs Gawn in the ruck, hopefully Goldy goes huge against the Blues, and then he beats me up forward. So it could end up being won or lost in the midfield this week.

Is Fantasy Addicts one of us FF peeps ? I've definitely heard the team name somewhere, and asked Grazz today, and he thinks he's also heard of it. Anyway, he is ranked 604 for rd 9 (I'm 3487  :( ) and he's ranked 270 overall. I think he beats me by his overall rank ( 270 )  :-[
