I reckon if Gray misses a week or 2 due to suspension I'm trading him to Parker.

Will just pick him back up later when he's bottomed out and come back into form.

Now I know why you ran out of trades so early last year and copped a bunch of donuts and it all fell apart  :P

And LOL at people calling him a spud. Yes it sucks, but so does Port. He will come good. If Gray is the biggest problem in your team then you're doing very well

Exactly RD, give him a break.. he's their best player and he'll bounce back as champions do. Doesn't help when Port are getting smashed. I'll be picking him up when he's cheap.

The guy is a gun.

Just shows how hard it is to carry an average team week in, week out.

I just don't see how Rocky even enters the discussion - even Sloane

Jelwood vs Gray would be a worthy discussion for people that don't have either

I'll call it now - zero chance Rocky becomes a good pick this year

Interesting assessment, last year Rocky finished with scores of 135, 115, 145, 122, 146, & 152. This would have made him the top scoring midfielder over the last 6 rounds.

Yeah but he was getting massive numbers

Whether it's the game plan being tweaked or other players taking on more midfield/responsibility it just doesn't look like they are relying on him as much as they have in the past

Happy to be proven wrong, but I'd want to see a full month of 110+ scores before I even remotely considered him

The question will be more about the bang for the buck, all of Gray, Rocky & Priddis are due to hit season lows. The way I see it is Priddis is likely to hit 550k, Rocky 500k & Gray 500k. Throw in Murphy at 400k for a one trade upgrade. I reckon these choices will shape the season.

I reckon when Beams comes back Rocky spends more time forward. They were rotating him and Robbo out of the square to give them rests. I can see Beams, Rocky and Robbo all doing that as they can hit the scoreboard and they can save rotations. The other thing is they could be easing him back in with the injuries

I like Priddis out of those ones, in a much better winning team. Gray, if he bottoms out to $500 > $550Ish he would be considered only if Port improve.

The other thing to remember is when Rocky spends large chunks of the game forward his scoring takes a huge dip. Even when he is at full fitness if the Lions do decide to implement this I wouldn't expect to see him have a huge spike in his scoring.

yeah once gray hits his lowest point. i will get him in
