Too hard to tell who will make more cash, so for me it's more about what I have to shuffle around to get in DBJ.
Trading Oliver will give me coverage in the mids this week (via Def/Mid DPP into Mids), so that might be the deciding factor in the end.

The other way to look at it is that Papley has already made $115K, so he has done just enough to warrant a trade as a cash cow.

Papley

Oliver

The end Round columns show the price change if they score at their current average.

Tough call when Paps is pulling 24's & Oliver is rested already - Paps appears to have "Ok" JS even after pulling poor scores, based on this I'd probably keep him over Oliver, you also don't know if he will be back next week or not, least Paps is playing & earning some cash generation.

Supercoach shows that if they both keep pumping out their averages, then Paps can make another $100K in next 5-6 weeks and oliver can make up to $50K over the same period, but that's based on Pap having a higher average, which might not be the case in future.

Paps got two tons against weak opposition, then two decidedly average scores against decent opposition, and he is playing the eagles this week. So while he's averaging 70, I don't think you can expect him to get that, he'll either be 20-30 points above or 20-30 points less, and my gut feel is it will be less. His BE is 62, there's a very real chance he loses money this week.

Oliver on the other hand has been inconsistent too but I see more chance of him averaging more points - if he gets back into the side. He's listed as being rested and has played some good footy so I don't see him struggling to get back in. Better bench option going forward I think.

Tooserious estimates based off player averages, but you have to make your own decision about how likely you think it is Paps will get 70+, personally I'm keeping Oliver.

I think Oliver in the long run. IMO a good call by Roos to give the kid a week off. Push them to the edge but not over.
