At the start of the year there was some debate as to whether these two teams should play this ANZAC day match.  This match will live up to all the previous ANZAC day matches as Essendon have been playing above themselves and sprung a few surprises whereas the Pies have some lost winnable games and both teams sit 15th and 16th on the ladder. A real toss of the coin this one and will go Bombers just.

Carn Bombers.

If we win Anzac Day and not come close to win for the rest of the season I will consider that a win and will be very happy.

TRAVIS Cloke looks set to be left out of Collingwood’s side to face Essendon on Anzac Day.

The struggling spearhead was used as a back-up ruckman at the club’s match simulation today before leaving the track early.

Coach Nathan Buckley deployed debutant Mason Cox and Darcy Moore upfront for the hitout and after huddling his players, Cloke left the field by himself.

The rest of the squad continued to train.

Why don't we watch an Essendon St. Kilda match that actually mattered?

One of the best years of Footy I can remember in the new millennium.

Sick of winning? That's a phrase rarely associated with the Saints.  :P
