Points vs Cash

Massive dilemma

this is basically like a points now vs cash now situation

my current situation is
because papley to DBJ is locked

im wondering whether I should go lonergan to hannerbery or a defender rook

By geting hannebery I will gain up to 100 extra points than fielding a defender rook

By getting a defender rook I will gain an extra 50ish k this week

keeping in mind if I double downgrade this week I will probably double upgrade next week

If you already picked up Ruggles last week, would going Papley -> DJB this week almost count as a double downgrade?

I have Lonergan and S.Gray to worry about but I feel like i leave my team very weak if i downgrade S.Gray, instead of say upgrading him to a Hanners/Merrett

Problem is I don't have anyone to downgrade apart from Papley, could downgrade Hewitt but it doesn't leave me with much in the way of $$. Think I will bring in Merrett for Barlow, reckon it's now or never to offload the serial spud.

I'm even contemplating sitting JJ on the pine for another week to double downgrade Lonergan and Papley. I'll just write off this week, if I win any of my leagues it will be a bonus.  It will give me 400 grand to play with next week.

70 from a def rookie or 115 from a mid premium (45 extra points)

Tom Lee, Tim O'Brien, Liam Sumner, Connor McKenna, Jayden Hunt all will be on the bubble next week if keep playing - plus possible rooks recalled that have only played 1 or 2, plus bubble boys that dont play this week but next - what I am eluding too is we always think there will be no more good downgrade targets and then there they come!

Not quite as I am planning a possible downgrade again next week.  With only one upgrade.

Good point though acroyale, but those guys on the bubble next week don't look as good as some of the options this week I think
