Shiel went 106 unsubbed last year, and tonned against Hawks Eagles Crows before his injury. Don't see how they're easy teams and how that is considered a M8 average. All he has to do is improve another few points to become a 110avg premo.

And how can you pigeonhole him as a player who hasnt proven himself when he's only 23. Most blokes haven't done that by his age either. The kid is a jet.

And Libba ain't staying on my team lol, his last two scores has given me evidence that he's gonna score consistently but between 80-110 nothing much above and less. So good for a possible 100avg, and not much more. Dogs team is way too even across the field

R1    136 vs St Kilda
R2    149 vs Melbourne
R3      52 vs Sydney
R4    146 vs Gold Coast
R5    119 vs West Coast
R6    104 vs Hawthorn
R7    102 vs Carlton
R8    121 vs Adelaide
R9      93 vs Western Bulldogs
R10    97 vs Brisbane Lions
R11  114 vs Collingwood
R12    54 vs North Melbourne
R13     -
R14  106 vs Richmond
R15    46 vs St Kilda

It actually reads better than i had remembered but those first 3 of 4 games stand out were he pummeled 3
of the weakest teams for a good start then was kind of an average mid from there on out.
1 or 2 games he was tagged and the 46 is obviously injury affected.

Murphy is one of those guys that you probably don't want in your final midfield but you feel compelled to pick him up at a cheap price..i remember picking up Dal Santo when he was cheap as at StKilda...might of been his final year...and got stucj with him..think he avg about 95 after i picked him up...450k roughly...so yeah you gotta weigh up weather or not you want him your final mids..if he can go to M9 well you must be bloody lucky with trades/injuries etc

Jimmykidd

I've already got Shiel/Pendles/Libba anchoring my MIDS. Don't want another!

Need a super premo, ASAP

Hanners is a super premo and i would take Ward of the others until Buckley is sacked and Pendlebury plays his most lucrative roll.

GoLions

Not a bad start, hopefully he doesn't go too well though. Want that big price drop!

Gaz is hobbing around and wincing a lot these days and probably 20-30% below his best.  Pure conjecture but it wouldn't surprise me if he took a week or two off soon.  I'll probably be going one of Priddis or Hanners.

This is the Marc Murphy thread :P

Can make 200k going Fyfe to Murph this week. Is tempting I'll say that.

Mat0369

He was probably our best player and scored just over the ton. He normally has good form against Essendon and we have a good run the next month (Ess, Coll, Port and North), but I would want to see him go big this week or you might be stuck with one of those not good enough players

Well, you've convinced me to go Simmo down back to say the least :P

Done deal, bargain of the year so far. After the bye last year he scored like a true premo - 151, 103, 114, 97, 113, 104, 114, 117, 130, 93, 85

Average = 111

Allows me to bring in Shaw and seal up D6, reckon Byrne-Jones can do the job up to the byes.

RaisyDaisy

Bargain of the year? Lol come on, settle down ;)

I think Wells has that award stitched up

Murphy is cheap, but you generally get what you pay for. His scoring this year shows nothing to suggest he will be worthy of a mid spot

Why get Murphy this week when you can get Gray for about 60k more next week? Actually I'm a Gray owner, so yeah get Murphy he's a great deal!

Have to agree with RD here even though I'm a blues man and love Murph.

Holz

Must admit tempted.

You know your getting an annoying rollercoaster that peaks on a real super premo good game.

Feeling pendles is worth the 150k.

Thats just a cost of a downgrade.

Rocky will be cheap soon would rather punt on him.

Murphy an injury risk remember.

If you want cheap gunston in a week or two. More likely to be a peemo forward then murphy a premo mid
