I'd give some thought to option 2 and hope Cox can keep his spot, this is what I'm contemplating at the moment.

Even though you don't have Goldy, I think stick to the rule of not trading premiums if they're only going to miss one week.

I agree with this regarding option 2 BUT

In reality you'll probably only score an extra 50 or so points, get a guy with BSJS and have burnt a trade.

Hmmm.

Come on Stef!! Man up.

From Lions training this morning an encouraging sign

"Stef Martin ran this morning and suffered no headaches. He'll sit out training today but club says he's still tracking well @cmail_sport"

He will train and then do another concussion test and if passed will line up.

you have malpractice insurance doc??  would have thought  Brisbane could be classed as lacking in duty of care if he plays this week.

Additionally they're roughly a 0.001% chance of winning this week. Cannot see him playing.

Shame too, he would have destroyed Roughead/Boyd.

Ive never seen a team rest a top player because they have no chance of winning.

Will play no part IMO.

He's not being rested, he's been held back for one week because its frankly not worth the risk. Its happened many times before and will happen in future.

If he himself wants to play and he passes the relevant test, he will play.

That said, I'm not sure he'll pass the tests.

Thats a fair call haha

Hoggyz_a_legend

I actually think they have a chance to pull off a huge upset. Don't know why, but my gut feelings have been good so far this year- saints to beat pies and saints to beat hawks (thanks umps).

_wato

Why would he not play if he passes all the tests and trains well? That makes no sense to me?

He'll play imo

elephants

If only I was as optimistic as the rest of you who so desperately want him to play for the sake of their supercoach teams.

I hope I'm wrong though, my success in my draft league head to head match hinges heavily on Stef taking the field!
