So many itchy trigger fingers ... last year year Newnes was more expensive and started off slower.

Believe me, I'd prefer to keep him and give him more of a shot, but Crouch has stuffed me and I need funds to upgrade him so Lonergan has to make way  :-\

Yep. The only mid pricers I will touch moving forward are bottomed out/injury discounted proven prems

Just not worth the risk trying to pick the breakout player because 9 times out of 10 it's a flop, and their awkward prices make things difficult to rectify early
