*pops head in*

People were surprised about Hastings dominance?

As a wise man once (repeatedly) said;

Hastings "Premiership A Sure Thing" Hurricanes

Watch Cunnington win them it as well  8) and who's Michael Hurley?

*pops head out*
Hurricanes don't even own Hurley if you were trying to say that they're fine with him being suspended :P

Well I guess it's now or never :P
Going to lose a number of players over the next year or two

Haha, in all seriousness though, Werewolves aren't certainties to win the flag. Using Badgers as an example, probably lost 200 points with Prestia getting injured as captain, and fielding Higgins and Dal Santo over Cooney and Hanley. That'd bring us to over 2500pts assuming everyone else plays the exact same, and I still had a number of players score a bit worse than expected.
You yourself lost almost 100pts with Armo C over Jelwood (odd decision with Cats playing Lions imo ;)), and also had disappointing scores from Jones, Petrie, Stringer.

All it takes is for the Werewolves players to not all fire and they're very beatable. One or two more injuries will also help :P

Where were they last year in the finals? Exactly. Just names on a list.

Hastings "Premiership A Sure Thing" Hurricanes got the rest of you lot covered  ;) 8)

Jelwood was captain until last thing friday night :( Then changed to Arma based on the fact Jelwood had not put a good score in and Arma had not put a bad one (149 for a very poor game is very respectable for Arma though) :P

You are comparing a best case scenario of the Hurricanes and Badgers vs an average one for the Werewolfs. Ofcourse if everything goes right for one team and everything goes wrong for the other any team can beat anyone :P

Nige

If Hartlett doesn't play, a 3rd straight win is almost inevitable.  ;D
