I said the same about Caleb Daniel, I'll only look to Wright if Brad Crouch is out again this week.

As a blues fan, I think his job security is not as bad as some here are making it sound. He is our leading goal scorer(?) and is playing a forward role - something we are lacking with young Charlie Curnow still developing and Dylan Buckley playing a role he is still not used to. I'd say he's pretty safe job wise on our weak half forward flank/pockets

why? they have had a above average difficulty draw to start.

Kreuzer needs to stay healthy and if he does that will be big. Guys like cripps and docherty should only get better. Murphy didnt have a great preseason and should keep getting better, same for Dale Thomas.

Dogs and the Perth road trip will probably see two more losses although Freo aren't looking great. The draw is actually pretty bad for the season when you look at it.

The worry has been the inability to run out games, it is normally the case with younger sides but we have been hitting a wall and hitting it hard in games so far.

He is leading on 4, the same amount that Tom Lynch kicked against us.....

The Crows have 5 players that have kicked 4 or more, the Dees have 5, it's not something I would be using to argue for him in favour of staying in the side. I'm not saying he is going to be dropped next week either, he is doing enough to earn a spot each week, but he is not a stone cold lock week in and week out, especially if he has a bad week or two in a row.

He is not even a lock for our 22, I wouldn't be trading him in.

Are Carlton good all of a sudden?

nope are sitting 0-3.

Wright  has performed in all 3 games in a team with a percentage of 60%. Dont see them getting much worse.

I do, as the season goes on

I would think that as the year goes on this lists gets tired, seniors cbf because they know they are crap and rookies get tired and burnt out

That's not always the case, many people would have expected that last year with Cripps, but we all know what happened there.

Holz

with crouch now out im super tempted.

can do the straight swap to wright or can go lonergan to ruggles and move up to hannebery.

Wright Lonergan + 1 trade v Hannerbery Ruggles

The funny thing is that Cripps looks less involved this year and is having trouble running out games. Form slump or are opposition working him harder? i can't tell yet.

It's risky playing around with mid pricers trying to find a diamond in the rough in hope of catching the pack.
Go a premo imo (not that a want to share hanners) 1 up 1 down boss.

He only played the one practice game and I think he copped a knock against Richmond. Murph is the other that actually didn't play a practice game at all so the engine room is a little under done.

There in lies the danger with midpricers.     More chance of selecting the wrong one than the right one.    Last year, tmitch and bont were great.   this year zaha and hall.      plenty of people crying over lonergan, seedsman, de goey, crouchs, etc.

Yep, mid pricers are too risky.

Went with a mid priced backline last year and the only one that survived in the end was Higgins.

ahh the memories (nightmares) of mumba.   felt like I spent half the season trying to get rid of him but to many other problems kept delaying me.   This is also another problem with midpricers.
