Might delete that actually

Could go McCarthy to Ruggles a week early but i'd rather not.

Even with a downgrade I won't have enough cash to make an upgrade.

No trades in SC this week for me.

Tough draw Bully?

He scored 148 against North, 108 against Geelong so far

Has Dogs (91, 95), Syd (124), Port (83), Hawks (109), Freo (124), Eagles (88) and then Dees (145), Blues (117, 48), GC (134, 96) Pies (105), Tigs (115) who aren't as strong opposition before the byes.

That's a tick over 105. And he has a gap of 5-10 ppg improvement in him too this year easy. 49 touches for 256 points so far is insanely good. In comparison Hall who has 108 touches for 387

Decent numbers but if we include a 2 game sample for each club then we find Sydney (124, 59), Hawks (109, 121), Freo (124, 47), Eagles (88, 94), Dees (145, 56), Pies (105, 161) & Richmond (115, 99).

Not that these are terrible numbers but there's a bit of Jeckyl & Hyde about Zorko, at 540k probably correct price but his standard deviation tells me there may be a better buying opportunity. Don't think he's a bad option and appears to be in very good form but I'm stacking him up against the likes of Selwood at the moment.

After all this I think I'll go Mackenzie -> Ruggles and Crouch -> Parker. leaves me with about tree fiddy

Next week will be Dea -> fallen Def. or Kennedy -> fallen FWD

Was going to go S.Gray > Ruggles via Adams DPP and B.Crouch > Parker.

Now I'm just thinking of going B.Crouch > Parish and S.Gray or Barlow > Z.Merrett.

Was set on the first option but with McCarthy being dropped it means I'd have to play Menadue or Papley at F6 which I'm not too keen on. Would rather swing Wells back down to the forward line from the mids. Also means I don't have to play Ruggles/Tipp at D6 and can Just play Adams at D6 instead.

Whose the best option to trade out for Z.Merrett? S.Gray or Barlow? I'm thinking S.Gray has more upside.  :-\

I wouldn't be too hasty on Barlow just yet, need to assess if he can build on his 99 from last week. I mentioned his back end to last season was very good and if we take out a sub affected 29 against West Coast then it's hard to believe he's completely lost his ability to score.

You've included numbers from 2014? How do they all of a sudden become relevant? I am telling you now that he is a much much much much better player now than that. Avg of 116 in second half of last year which are explosive numbers.

Don't think he'll get much cheaper either. But Zorko gives me another forward giving me an extra option to loophole in Menadue and Mills v Papley I would rather Mills on JS alone.

Jelwood v Zorko is a tight one but considering Zorko becomes a forward along with Barlow who is testing patience and Buddy at F2, I would rather that then Barlow F2 then rookies. Jelwood if he was to go in would make Libba M7, not M6 as he is currently.

Also think Jelwood could smash next few weeks but lack of preseason will catch up on him. Either decrease in output or resting for sure, especially if they continue winning as they are. Zorko won't have that happen as he has already had a game out so won't have to worry whatsoever about that.

Zorko has started like a house on fire before and then has turned in a dud score, just pointing out that there's every chance he'll throw in a sub 60 score over the next month or so, that has been his trademark ever since he pulled on an AFL jumper. Is he a bad pick? Absolutely not, he's good for a 100 average and has the history to back it up. Will he exceed his historical average? Not so sure, like I mentioned the gap between his best and worst is significant, at the moment he's fairly priced but I can understand why people want to get him in given the fact he hits the 100 average like clockwork.

Crouch to parish
Rocky to Parker worth it?

Saves injury head worries. Gives me a premium and cash cow. Crouch didn't show much along with rocky. Parker going to be a top 10 mid and parish will hit 400k plus in a weak outfit with no threat of being dropped. Thoughts? Crouch could come back through the sanfl as precaution and rocky was underdone anyway. So worth it?

Really trying to nut out what to do with Sam Gray. Been pretty disappointed to be brutally honest. I can get Parker but that's using 2 trades and moving Lonergan DPP to MIDs and grabbing Ruggles a 1 week early...Mills moves to bench and Hewett is traded out..
Only potential issue is it leaves with 2 premos in DEF and FWD each and relying on rooks continuing on..

Otherwise I'm looking at a correction or even upgrade trade..either Zach Merrett or Buddy..best I can afford in 1 trade..518k or less FWD

or I keep him and hope he can somehow nudge 90-95 avg...

would love some feedback!

Who do you think is worse out of S.Gray and Barlow mate?

S.Gray is listed as rover this week while Barlow on extended bench.  :-\

I like Z.Merrett as an option for one of them.

S.Gray does have potential to score tons though. He is also listed as playing rover this week too.

Perts24

Should I trade steele regardless of whether he is omitted or give him another go if he's playing. If i trade it gives cash to go crouch to Parker or zorko

I'd trade Steele in order to get Parker/Zorko mate.

Steeles JS ain't the best.

The trade is a no brainer IMO.

Option 1: B.crouch > hall + $100k or
Option 2: B.crouch > montagna as a POD!

Anyone have any thoughts please??

Cheers

Crouch > Hall mate.

Wait till Monty drops in price a bit more then use your $100,000 to upgrade a rookie to him.  8)
