North have a really good forward line so I'm slightly worried that Boyd won't score as well this week. I don't think he will smash his BE so he should be achievable next week which is why I am holding out one more.

He has a BE of 81 & 86 the next two rounds, both are pretty achievable given the Dog's are missing half their defence. I'm tempted to jump on him next week if he produces a decent score this week against North.

Just fwiw he doesn't have an actual BE for in 2 rounds time. I assume 86 is a projection, but if he scores 150 this week that'd go down stacks, and if he scores 50 it'll go up stacks.

Simmo on the other hand will see a large spike in his price with the low BE (60 odd) and you will be having to pay over 500k for him where as Boyd will still hopefully be sub 500k.

boyd has always averaged more! both getting a bit long in the tooth but simmo will probably average 90-100 where as i think boyd will average 100-105 now with murphy and jj out

I'm just saying if you want to get both in a relatively short amount of time it makes sense to grab Simmo first because of price.

I could still feasibly grab Boyd or Simmo (or get cheeky with a POD like Docherty, Savage etc) but I've downgraded Dea to Tom Lee for now. Might change my mind later in the week though.
