getting him this week because of this! will be the main man in defence now! top 6 back i think and pretty consistant his age is a worry though! going to take the chance!

I was a bit worried after the first few rounds, but looks like the Doggies injuries will be beneficial to Boyd.. As wato says, don't think he'll be rested any time soon either with Bob and JJ both out of that backline.

He was always finding the pill, just wasn't getting the Supercoach scores. Hopefully goes 95-100 average from here.

I have gone with Simmo,  my preference as less likely to be rested and been good to me over the last couple of years.

Yeah, Simmo this week, Boyd next week and Shaw in a few. Leaves me with a defense hopefully of Shaw, Simmo, Boyd, Bartel, Smith, Adams, Byrne-Jones, Ruggles. McVeigh would be my last upgrade target and hopefully Adams will be a straight swap

i meant i dont want both simmo and docherty! so i am getting boyd this week and i will chose between the blue defenders in a few weeks as i want shaw next week!

As has been stated above with injuries to 3 important backs Boyd will have to play (no rests) and should score well too.
He has had a slow start, dropped in price and scored 121 pts on the weekend, averaging 91.
Weitering to Boyd is on the cards after next week. Shaw is the other option as he has dropped a lot of cash too but planning ahead the difference in price between the two could be handy when looking at getting a bottomed out Gray the following week.

How's that midfield and forward line coming along?

Starting mids are Danger, Gaz, Pendles, Parker, Gray, Libba, Kerridge, Mills
Starting forward line is Robbo, Barlow, Hall, Wells, Kennedy, Walla.

I'm happy to sit with the midfield until Kerridge/Mills top out. I have close to 300k in the bank, but I'm just going to let downgrade options and premiums who are bottomed out when I want them dictate my trades. It looks like Boyd will be bottomed out next week so if I don't do a double downgrade he is the guy I will grab. I then can upgrade the forward line the week after and hope Shaw is bottomed out just after that.

North have a really good forward line so I'm slightly worried that Boyd won't score as well this week. I don't think he will smash his BE so he should be achievable next week which is why I am holding out one more.

Startes with both boyd n simmo. Happy finally as everything else is falling away too quickly.
