The one week T Dog doesn't pick Freo to win might be the week they get on the board! Could be a sign folks...
Entries close 7:50pm tonight!

Danger + Selwood > BCrouch+MCrouch+Sloane in SC tonight
Swans 100 +
Callum Mills 25+ and rising star nom
Giants to win by more than Eagles
Hiscox kicks 3 goals
Is that really a big call? I'd back the Saints to be a lot more competitive than the Suns, and the Giants are just as good as the Eagles imo

It's not at all imo. Neither is the first one. I'm projecting 130+ for both Danger and Selwood. Would hardly be shocked if Crouch+Crouch+Sloane was < 270ish

Dangerfield doesn't get booed against the Crows (gotta be a 3-pointer here)
You should win the whole game if this happens haha
Didn't hear a single boo!

Of course, I had my TV on mute though.

Carlton / Port play out a draw.
Tiges get up this week as their coach has stated "Finals is still their aim".

So close to a 100 % big call this week  ::)

Ward, Coniglio, and Shaw to combine for 400+ in AF/DT 324 - not even close
Buddy to kick the last goal of the game for the win (i.e. Swans down or tied before Buddy's goal then get the lead with his goal and win - behinds after this totally don't discount it) There was a game winning goal but yay that it wasn't Buddy!
Melbourne and Doggies to draw Nope!
Carlton to kick more goals in the first quarter than the rest of the game combined 3-11, not even close
Hawthorn to hold Fremantle scoreless (no goals, no behinds) for an entire quarter 2 points in the third quarter - so close! If only I'd picked Brisbane instead.

0/5 this week

Mason Wood kicks 4+ Goals
Westhoff outscores Hall by 25+ SC Points. (50 point turnaround in averages)
Jacob Hopper outscores Clayton Oliver, Callum Mills, Christian Petracca, Caleb Daniel, Darcy Parish and Lachie Weller.
Essendon beat North and Goldy goes sub 100Sc (please dont be true)
Dusty martin outscores Parker, Hanners, Buddy, Mitchell, JPK despite getting pumped by 30+ points.

1.Kicked 1 and got injured
2. hall only went 84 and hoff was on 67 at half time but somehow only managed 80

3. Hopper a big 106, Parish was the next best with 79. I feel this was a pretty big call
4. thankfully wrong on both counts
5. Dmart was ok but hanners was better. Also they won so wrong on 2 counts.

Round 8 Wrap

Incorrect Calls

GoLions
"Lions beat Pies by 30+ AND Dayne Beams has 35+ touches and 2 goals, scoring 130+ in SC" - An injury to Dane, and the Lions got thumped, not a good night for this big call
"GWS beat the Suns by 100+" - Close! Only 9 points short!
"Marc Murphy scores 140+ in SC" - Sadly not, 52 points short
"Dangerfield doesn't get booed against the Crows" - Hehe, just a couple
"A Dockers player and a Suns player both get suspended for at least a week" - Not that I'm aware of!

SilverLion
"Dangerfield to get 40 possessions but Adelaide to win on Friday night." - Few touches short, and no Crows win
"Lions to win by 8 goals+" - Pies dominated this one! Didn't see it coming really
"Fremantle to beat Hawthorn" - Poor Ross, 0-8 now!
"St. Kilda to beat West Coast" - The 'Downhill Skiers' dominated at Home
"Max Gawn to get 150+ SC" - Maxy had a stinker! A whole 101 points short of this call

LaHug
"Ward, Coniglio, and Shaw to combine for 400+ in AF/DT" - 91+101+132 = A little bit short
"Buddy to kick the last goal of the game for the win" - Well, you got pretty damn close here! Wrong team!
"Melbourne and Doggies to draw" - Doggies quite comfortably this time around
"Carlton to kick more goals in the first quarter than the rest of the game combined" - Nope! A very respectable 4 quarter performance
"Hawthorn to hold Fremantle scoreless (no goals, no behinds) for an entire quarter" - Very close in the Third Term, but no luck

BomberSam
"Mitch McGovern will kick 4+ goals." - Only 2 goals for Gov Jr.
"St. Kilda will beat West Coast by 30+ points." - The mighty Sainters couldn't even manage 30 points!
"Shannon Hurn will be West Coast's top SC scorer." - 5 goals from JJK had Hurn well covered
"Goldstein will score 150+ SC points." - Many would say Goldy was BOG, but didn't get close to the 150 mark
"Stef Martin will score 150+ SC points." - The Lions got very few SC points, with only Zorko passing the ton.

T Dog
"Carlton / Port play out a draw." - Very nearly! But the Navy Blues snuck home

Holz
"Mason Wood kicks 4+ Goals" - A nasty concussion kept this one down
"Westhoff outscores Hall by 25+ SC Points." - Looked good early, but the Hoff really slowed down in the second half
"Essendon beat North and Goldy goes sub 100Sc (please dont be true)" - Thankfully not!
"Dusty martin outscores Parker, Hanners, Buddy, Mitchell, JPK despite getting pumped by 30+ points." - Dusty scored well, but the Tiges didn't go down!

Big Mac
"Dees win + Petracca rising star nom" - Neither of these unfortunately!
"Waite 1 goal" - 5 shots on goal resulted in 2.3, close!
"GWS 100+" - Close! GWS fell 9 points short of the ton
"Clayton Oliver has 15+ contested possies and 6+ clearances" - Hmmm, not quite
"Buddy 8+ goals" - Kicked accurately but could only managed the 5

HappyDEZ
"GWS by 100+" - Same call as BM, same result!
"Boomer Harvey gets the star in FF." - Goldy snagged the star in this one
"Liam Shiels gets the star in FF." - Isaac Smith received the star this time
"Brad Ebert gets the star in FF." - Big Man Kreuz was all over it
"Pendles & Beams both get 40+ disposals." - Pendles fell short and an injury to Beams didn't help

SydneyRox
"Danger + Selwood > BCrouch+MCrouch+Sloane in SC tonight" - Both Crouch brothers were quiet, but Sloane got 'em across the line
"Swans 100 +" - We all know what happened here...
"Callum Mills 25+ and rising star nom" - Still waiting for Callum to be nominated!
"Giants to win by more than Eagles" - Nope, all thanks to St Kilda's woeful 3.11
"Hiscox kicks 3 goals" - Jack was very quiet, managed a point but certainly no 3 goals.

Koop
"Port by 10 goals" - Nope! Couldn't even get up!
"DBJ Rising Star Nom with 25+ touches" - No rising star nomination for Darcy in Round 8
"Paul Seedsman highest DT scorer for Adelaide" - A massive 150 from Sloaney had everyone covered!
"Bulldogs by 50+" - Doggies got up, but it wasn't quite that 50 point margin.

W.A footy goes large and right orf its collective faces as both Freeo and WC (away) get up.
S.A footy starts to eat it's own as both Port and Adelaide lose.
Pies get up in a boilover.

Hate to be the devil's advocate but the first one has multi odds of just $3.30 (West Coast are favourites)
The second one is already half done if you win your first one and don't think they should be allowed to overlap. That said, Gold Coast are at $12 so it's still big.

Third one is legit. Define boilover?

I see your point on the overlap. Though who is putting their hard earned on WC to win away from home? As for Freeo? Surely trhe Tiges will just split them open down the guts. Somebody must know something, somewhere and it has leaked out.   ;D  Will remove the West Aussie big call .

Pies to beat Geelong at all will be a boil over surely. Forget the odds that ever show up for the Pies. Sheer volume of Pies supporters punting on their team skews them significantly.
