Originally was getting Robbie Gray in, but who else is better than Pendles?  Treloar, Parker, Prestia, Priddis, Dusty, Ward, Fyfe, Ellis, Liberatore are prob the only guys I'd consider...out of that Priddis looks safest.

Adams if you haven't got him? That's who I'm going to with Rocky as I've already got Mitchell, GAJ, Danger and Hunter.

Is anyone going to hold Barlow if he doesn't get dropped? Read he has a very good average against his next few opponents?

I think I will for a week. I'm backing him in to bounce back if he plays as I've heard they've tinkered things in their setup. All three of my league opponents have him also, and there are players who will likely perform less than him such as Mills, Menadue, etc., that I'd rather upgrade first.

I'd be extremely surprised if he is dropped, I'm keeping and backing him hoping he comes good and working on other aspects of my team.

Nice, wish I started with him. Went with Sidebum instead unfortunately, but better late than never. I'll be looking to bring in Steven in a few weeks time as an upgrade. Get the feeling that Adams could be big over the next few weeks so I want to hop on now.

His ave against the next 3 is 79, 116, 103 last year against the Eagles he had 19 but can't remember if he was injured or not but u would think we would have been. He didn't look as good by foot as he used to on that weekend so maby he has a niggle of some form or just down like a lot of the freo players.

2nd trade easy, Ruggles in for Gresham.

Got a few options, all involving the midfield. Have Rockliff and Gresham out, and Bastinac severely under-performing for what I wanted from him.

Could do any of the following

Gresham -> Ruggles (or Papley, have DPP to play with)
Rockliff -> Steven/Lewis

OR

Rockliff -> Steven/Lewis
Bastinac -> Parish

OR

Rockliff -> Z.Merrett
Bastinac -> Zaharakis or Tom Liberatore

Have a few options really. Both the Bombers pair have good records vs Port with Port leaking a lot of points, whereas I see Steven and Lewis as more long term options. Just annoying because I have 3 guys I want out with only 2 trades.

Think I'm changing my plans to go Rocky to Pendles and Barlow to Zerrett, I think both will be in the top 10 of their respective positions and feel like the quicker I can complete my team the better.

Id be giving Pendles another week to see how his ribs go. The Saints should be going hard at him to minimise his impact on the game and who knows, if they go hard enough he might have to rest them for a week.

Yeah I'd be cautious of Pendles as well at the moment. Particularly in AF/DT scoring as there are more similar premo options in this scoring format.

I was going to suggest Gray but thought you might already have him seeing as he is about the same price. Bring Gray in...

I was going to suggest Gray but thought you might already have home seeing as he is about the same price. Bring Gray in...

I've gone Jack Steven, think he is going to explode from here on in and will prob be a bit more consistent than Gray.  I think he'll get fwd status too so it could be strategy to bring him in now and move him forward if/when he gains DPP.
