I've got no issue with bringing in Papley, but if you look at Barlow's NAB cup, 131, 92, 117, for an average of 113, and 137 points per minute, and his years of premium SC scoring, can anyone provide an insight into what has happened in the last 2 weeks to make Barlow score like this.  I don't think anyone saw this coming.  Greene turned it around, can and will Barlow be able to do the same.

During the NAB he was playing in the mids and scoring like we know he can, but now in the real stuff he is nowhere near the mids and scoring like a spud

Do we give him one last shot? Does Ross realise now that he needs to be put back in the mids? I'm not sure

Part of me thinks I should cop the cash loss and keep him. Surely he can average 90+ come seasons end, which is good enough for F6 at worst

I can't worry about Barlow this week to many injured players to fix but hopefully if Freo keep losing Ross the toss Lyon will put him back in the mids where he scores well

Would Barlow > Parker be considered reactive? I have the coin to do it...

barlow to martin worth it? or i can swing kerridge fwd and grab a big premo. mitchell/gray/fyfe or even libba.

not sure which way to go.

Hate to waste trades on premos but barlow has gotten nowhere near it thanks to ross. Anyone see a role change back to mids as freo clearly need it? Want to give him another shot but with having the coin to grab ablett or robbie gray i feel i should just move him on.

i don't think i can hold him. 60's just aren't what i want from a guy going at 500K. ross lyon is just a lying ass

kerridge could turn into a fwd keeper, so i dont mind swinging him there and grabbing a gun mid. fwd line would be s. gray, hall, wells, kennedy, kerrdige mccarthy /milera/mbrown tho. looks a bit risky

the funny thing is he has played hardly any mid time and freo have got creamed

any chance ross starts to back him and put him back in the mids?

Would be interesting to hear Ross' reasons for playing him forward so much. The role doesn't seem to suit him or the team ???

Surely with the team struggling he would switch it up. However its ross lyon and he rarely changes things, rather just putting the faith in his players to go out and perform the next week. Wish we knew if he was going back to the mid role or not as it would make things much easier.

I am still in 2 minds with Barlow - Has Bennells absence forced Lyon to play him forward.  Will he revert back to Mids when Bennell returns and thus back to prem scoring. Will be watching injury lists to get an idea on Bennels return to assist decision.

I read from a shonky source on BF that Bennell said he's 3-8 weeks away.
