Barlow practically won the game singlehandedly for Peel.

I don't understand why they tried to make him a half forward. His biggest weakness is foot speed. His biggest strength is nose for the ball and extracting the ball in tight spaces. Why not just make him an inside midfielder like Priddis? Especially now that Fyfe is done for the year?

Putting him at half forward and expecting him to create separation from faster opponents was just bad coaching. It played away from his strengths completely.

Freo gonna get a lot of tanking accusations coming there way if they keep this up

Yeah but Peel played East Perth which is West Coasts WAFL team

And? Barlow is light years ahead of anyone in both of those teams

Yep ok

In all honesty, it really shouldn't be surprising us that an established AFL gun is killing it in the WAFL...

We all know Barlow is good, but he obviously isn't in Ross the toss' plans so he needs to go

an established afl gun shouldnt be in the WAFL.

this wasnt just killing it this was beast mode. the WAFL is not the NEAFL.

this is why he is 5th in the AFL in tackles (3+ games).

Please come to north Barlow we will respect you and help us win a flag. better than tanking with lyon then he leaves to "help" another team.

And you are aware of the fact that the conditions today were utter rubbish for any sport here today,we literally never have weather this bad here, easy enough for an AFL listed player used to playing in these conditions in to cream anyone that is not use to it.

Yet they didn't seem to impact Barlow at all, who rarely plays in those conditions just like every other WA player

in LF defense barlow is a victorian who played in the VFL before getting drafted. he actually grew up on these conditions.

he chopped though because he is a gun.

I just can't believe the team last on the ladder is in a position to leave out a player of this calibre.

Its called tanking, pretty simple concept. Get games into the kids, get high draft picks. Ross is no fool (although he is a SC pain in the backside).
