If I keep Harwood, I need to field four of Adams, Harwood, Weitering, Dea, Brown and Tippa. I am thinking that benching Brown and Tippa makes the most sense but rookie priced players are pretty inconsistent.

haha they will burn me too as I have both on bench too! Brown is up forward for me though.

Unfortunately I can't loophole Menadue, so I think I'll roll the dice on Hewett instead.

NAB + round 1:

Hewett- 3 games @98.7 from 66% TOG

Menadue- 4 games @80.3 from 83.3% TOG

Menadue- 4 games @80.3 from 83.3% TOG

Dunkley- 2 games @77.5 from 76.5% TOG

Very similar, however we have more info on Menadue (2 games of data only on Dunkley), and his scores have been more consistent. I'd start Menadue if you are unable to loop him.
