Simpkin to Danger is great but I'd try to do it without trading Barlow if possible

Unfortunately the only way I can do it is by premo swapping. So its either Barlow, D. Martin to a rookie and bring danger in.

Either that or I swap him with Pendles.

I reckon Simpkin to Kommer, Robo to Hall is a pretty standard trade most people are doing. Hall's price at the moment is probably the reason I would say that trade is the best...

Monty can be an upgrade target later on.
