Southstorm

Rocky to Zaka because he's shaping up to be a nice POD and should be good enough for M8. I think he'll average 100-105 for the remainder of the year at the very least. Bombers are looking to him a lot and taggers have so far gone to Goddard.

Harwood to Papely via the AMD link. Harwood has been extremely disappointing after some good nab cup form and frankly, he's the weakest link. Goodbye.

Still have Gresham, he can collect dust on the bench for a while.

Gresh > Hewett, Rich > Johannisen, or Barlow > Johannisen?

Already gone Rocky > Hall
Rich to jj

Bluesalltheway

Going gresham to papley, and Rocky to one of Hall, Zaharakis or Merrett. Leaning towards Hall but am still unsure, any thoughts on which of the 3?

What do?

I don't have:
Bennedy, Libba, Papley.

I do have:
Barlow(FWD), Rockliff, Gresham.

Option 1:
Rocky->Libba
Gresh->Bennedy

Option 2:
Rocky->Bennedy
Gresh->Papley (Barlow forward).

Barlow could be traded to Libba if he doesn't improve this week (lose money on Barlow/pay more for Libba) but make money from Papley... Ehhh???

I also feel uneasy having all 3 Sydney rookies (Hewitt, Mills, Papley).

enzedder

Gresham- BKennedy
De Goey - Papley

Nothing wrong with those trades on what we know after 2 rounds.

Option 1 for me, I think you have to get Libba as he could become a keeper option, and I like Bennedy's long term prospects better than Papley.

Am I jumping the gun with trading these two out?

I wanted to do Barlow to papley and yeo to JJ.

Other option is leave one or both of yeo and barlow  and trade gresham for papley.

I can't see barlow coming good and yep has had a horrid start too.  The last thing I want is for two under performing promos haemorrhaging cash all year and delivering shower scores..

So Gresham to Papley is locked.

Now Barlow to Dusty with no kitty or
Barlow to Hall with $145k kitty or
hold Barlow?? Thoughts??

Cutler to jj
Or
Gresham to parish

Can only do one !!

Samm79

Tough decision, if I had to choose I'd go the Cutler to JJ, what's your other trade??

Samm79

Barlow and Rocky on the block this week and normally would be looking for proven premiums to replace, but I am toying with the idea of trading down both to Zaha/Zerrett.

The idea is to raise some extra cash early on (cirac $170K to get the upgrade process underway a week earlier down the track), Zerrett looks like he should average 90-100 so becomes a keeper. Zaha has started well and may either keep scoring well, or become a good stepping stone by going up around $100Kish in the next couple of rounds. Is there any merit in this logic?

Alternative is to just trade Rocky, only $560K to play with the only option other than Zaha I like is Zorko, swing forward later. If I trade both (Barlow > Zerrett) I can stretch to Ward/Tictch/Blicavs.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Like the second one, doubt Hall will be cheaper than he is this week, you'll be almost certainly able to pick Dusty up cheaper at some stage.

Dumping simpkin to papley

Samm79

tough one as the Papley trade is a good one... If you've got the other rookies nailed take the punt that JJ is a keeper and do that trade, just...

jfitty

After much deliberation, think I'm going with the following:

Rockliff > Liberatore
Gresham > Hartley (via big DPP switch)

Wasn't easy this week. Chose not to pick Libba at the start because of his huge ownership percentage, but the freeing up that much cash makes it worth while! Hopefully he can average around 110 and be a keeper.

Will miss out on Hall, but I'm okay with that, Barlow gets another week.
