I was considering Milera, was in my team until Friday, in the end I had to leave him out, was at the game Saturday night, he has some real talent and looked dangerous and quick when he got the ball, but didn't get it often enough and as an 18yo in a quality team I think he could still play plenty of games in the SANFL, mainly due to the depth and quality of Adelaide's list.

I'm sitting on my hands this week. I  remember last year I traded Cripps out after he did nothing round 1 then missed round 2.. That didn't turn out to be too wise

Yeah no point trading round 1 if all rookies are go. Have to trust our premium selections.

Make the tough call after next week's scores and breakevens are known....

Think if Papley continues his form and looks like starting Rd 3 there will be a few jumoing on.  Milera not inspiring me so he could be shunted for the extra cash but will make decisions in Rd 3.

Pretty spot on. But maybe Crowley out, Menadue mid then Papley forward. But nothing before Rd.3  Pretty showerty score this round but get the Zork off the pine this week, so team improves without a trade.       :)

This is firmly in my mind. I was one of the lucky ones who kept him, one of my only decent calls all year.

I'm tossing up about Fyfey though, is he GAJ 2.0 from last season with his injuries or will he come out and smack out some massive scores?

With Sandilands back this week v Gold Coasts brilliant ruck team  Fyfe could absolutely monster it.     ;)

Fyfe should be fine. Pendles will be better with Grundy back as well but I am spewing that I didn't go with Danger over one of them, even if it is one week

I picked Pendles over dangerfield, should i make a change or sot tight??  :'( :'(

Don't kid yourself. Pendles was in a team that got pumped, if you doubt him being a top mid by seasons end you're mad. Ok sure you've backed the wrong horse for game 1 but absolutely no way should you burn a trade going Pendles to Danger. I have Fyfe and he was even more unimpressive, but no way am I even thinking about trading him, he's a gun and he'll come back. Literally the only time you consider trading a premo is if they're injured, and even then it depends on the time frame.

Oh, and this:

Most Traded IN - Not In My Team
Player   Trades (%)
1 Tom Papley
SYD | FWD
$109,900
Next: CAR   1714 (9.78%)

2 Tom Hickey
STK | FWD - RUC
$375,300
Next: WBD   1133 (6.46%)

3 Luke Parker
SYD | MID
$538,200
Next: CAR   978 (5.58%)

4 Jason Johannisen
WBD | DEF
$418,200
Next: STK   801 (4.57%)

5 Josh J. Kennedy
WCE | FWD
$496,200
Next: HAW   534 (3.05%)

WOOOOOOOOOOW  :o

I can understand Parker if people need to get off Swan, but boy oh boy the rest are textbook chasing points... Hickey?!

Having said that I think it was a couple of years ago that the mid price ruck duo of Sandi (post turf toe) and Hickey was popular as they were both ~300k, and Hickey I reckon could average ok (80-90) just doesn't stay on the park.

If it wasn't for all the midfielders turned forwards I reckon JJK could be a good pick, but still, no. Not round 1.

kilbluff1985

lol all forwards dominate against Brisbane anyone getting him in is chasing points

Tex did the same thing last year killed it in the first game

If Pendles doesn't start attending more bounces and his clearance rates stay down & the Pies stay average he could well only be a 108-110 type player this year, personally think after this weekend he will be straight back in the thick of it with Treloar and still good for 110-115, slight gripe, Pendles attitude after the flogging was far to laid back for me, show some Treloar spirit and get angry!
I didn't see the game but people said Fyfe got a corky early on as well, as long as he isnt showing signs of a sore back he should be ok.
