Hey guys,

Not quite happy yet with my team so looking for some advice. Please see below for my comments:



FWDs: Pretty happy, bit disappointed I don't have dusty as I have always started with him but otherwise happy.

RUCKS: Happy. Concern is no Goldstein.

MID/DEF: Now this is where my dilemma starts. Not entirely happy with my team here. I think I want to upgrade Polec to a premo. I then need to decide where I am going to source this money from. A few options I've thought of:

Downgrade one of E. Yeo, J. Johannisen, T. McKenzie to a lower cost player (not sure who) and upgrade Polec.
Downgrade B Crouch and upgrade Polec.
Both the above options and also try and bring in Goldstein as well instead of one of Nicnat/Gawn.

Not sure who my 5th mid premo would be. Maybe Gary.

Thoughts?

Your defence is identicle to mine, i think we're on to something ;)

Solid team mate can't really pick too many faults. Apart from JJ, Yeo, and Priddis you have the same team as 95% of supercoachers out there, but if that's my only criticism you're not doing too badly

EDIT: And Polec. I don't like the Polec pick, i preferred the first team

Hey mate thanks for the feedback! I wasn't a fan of the polec pick either so I really wanted to try and free up some more cash to get another premo in the guts, hence the trade down of Mckenzie in defense and trade out of crouch. as I wasn't sure where else I could free up the cash.

I did REALLY like my initial defensive side though :S Arg! I guess I'm scared to NOT go 5 premos cause everyone else seems to be!

Hmmm playing around a bit more I've produced these two equivalent version:

V3:

Reverted to my initial backline, have Gary/Pendles as interchangeable. Changed Priddis back to Crouch and upgraded Nicnat to GoldStein.

V4:

Reverted to my initial backline. Got rid of Pendlebury/Priddis and changed them into D. Shield and L. Parker (could also move them to equivalent priced mids).
