Hey just want everyone's thoughts on Tom Hawkins as F3 or F4? He has played okay in NAB Cup with scores of 75, 133 and 64.

How do you think he will go with the new recruits around and a hopefully a fit Mitch Clark, Rhys Stanley and Nathan Vardy?

GoLions

Nooooooope. Generally try to stay away from key forwards. Only ones I would consider are Buddy, Roughy (injured), and GUNston (question marks now with Roughy gone). Maybe Tommy Lynch from the Suns as well, but always safer to go with the fwd/mid type players, such as Dusty, Dahl, Zorko, Barlow, etc.

Reckon those NAB cup scores are a bit of an indication on how he'll score this year..too up and down but should avg 5 points more with new players around.

Nope
No
Nah
Never...

Cant see him being a good pick up, a few good games  but probably average 80ish

Never fails to let you down.

Maybe Cloke though.... :P

sammy123

never go with key forwards

shaker

Like just about all stand alone forwards good score one week then shockers for a couple , golden rule for SC for me is avoid these type of players at all costs  ;)

Ricochet

Share the same thoughts with just about everyone above mate. I wouldn't go near him

Tom Boyd will be better.

supercoachhelp

For everyone saying never go for key forwards, i totally agree except for buddy lol

Marstar

Only pick a KPF is they are an absolute Superstar and/or will have the Coleman medal wrapped up with 100+ goals :p

Jukes

I reckon he'll definitely improve by maybe like 10 points, probably not worth it for your traditional SC side but for draft leagues could definitely be undervalued and picked up later than he should be.
