Papley was upgraded for Rohan (LTI), who is due back in round 6. If Rohan returns via the NEAFL, will Papley still be demoted in round 6? Just want to know how many cash rises he will get.

I think is has to be person promoted for the LTI (90% sure anyway). I thought LTI's were 8 week minimum too.
