Both are in line for a decent year. Both expected to play Round 1. Both underpriced

Does Brad's NAB Cup absence put you off picking him?

Holz

its simple

Brad the better AFL player
Brad the better SC players
Brad the cheaper player

Matt is less of an injury Risk.

depends what you vale more. For me its scoring and price.

I agree with you, but have to take into account the injury history and I'd be 70% certain we will all be burning a trade on him...but is worth the risk otherwise you may fall behind all the other SC'ers.  Seriously considering both Crouch's and dropping Libba!  :o

abc11

Anyone seriously considering having Libba, Crouch and Crouch at M5, M6 and M7?

Could pay off for league, but too many mid pricers in the mids for overall and if they don't deliver like we think they will then it's season over.

Holz

depends what you are using him for.

I will monitor but if he can string a few games together jump up to 450k and i find some cash in the bank I could be upgrading him before round 10 for a pendles.

Capper

not picking either of them at this stage. There are cheaper options that can score similar.

Unless you are going to hold on to Brad and/or MAtt for the year. If thats the case then they will need to average over 110 if they are to be a top 20 mid this year

Brad will average 90 minimum but most likely more, what cheaper option is there that can do what Brad can?

Mills, Gresham, Wells, Kerridge can all average around the 90mark and are 100-200K cheaper.

If MAtt and Brad averages 90 Matt will make you $70k and Brad $130k by the bye

Mills will make $210k, Wells $200k, Gres and Kerr about $280k

If you start a mid pricer then you might have to hold them for the year and hope they break out.

The only mid pricer in my mids atm is Liba as he can go 110+

Mills & Gresham to average 90 across the entire season? Even Kerridge is a stretch

Mills and Gresham won't go near 90 in their first year, Gresham isn't even locked in the Saints 22. I'm expecting more than 90 from Brad as well so he is a massive lock at 306k.

Reckon Mills to go well until the return of McVeigh, which could be near time to cash him in. Gresham to me is an unknown and as mentioned yet to make the 22. Brad has the potential and ability to carry his price up to a late starting prem who drops price a bit after being managed early. Perhaps a D Beams. At the price with the potential yet v the injury risk I still think Brad a lock.          :) :)

Matt Crouch's averages from last season minus his many sub games would surely have him priced well over 450k? Danger gone, and sub vest non-existant? I don't understand why people aren't all over him. Anyone able to shed any light for me?

Prob cos Brad is cheaper, has a higher ceiling and ppl don't want an extra mid pricer when they already have Libba and Brad.
