He has played 16 games in his career, no more than 8 in one season and 8 were as sub.

Why didn't he play after round 16 last year when he had back to back games of 20+ disposals in what is a very poor list?

Is he best 22? Off the NAB games yes, but if he has one poor game I wouldn't be surprised if he went back to VFL footy.

He has not shown enough to suggest he will be a good pick IMO.

There are cheaper options like Libba, the 2 Crouches and De Goey who are miles better options.

New coach this year..... And seems to love him and has thrown him straight in the midfield.

After those back to back game he got injured and was sidelined for the year

Yup, foot injury and out for the season. He actually came 2nd in the Northern Blues VFL best and fairest after only playing 6 (yes you read that right) games. He also polled the most votes in the JJ Liston trophy of any Northern Blues player. It was just that Malthouse wouldn't play him or made him sub which didn't suit him. Barker gave him a chance and he showed what he had been doing in the VFL for a while.

He is comfortably in Carlton's best 22, the only way he goes out is if he gets injured, he tackles, he wins the hard ball and he has started to hit the score board (kicking in general has improved quite a bit). He will outscore Matt Crouch this year and comfortably outscore De Goey. He averaged 90 unsubbed last year, with the improvement he could easily take that to 95.

Lol ? Nick Graham will average 10 pts per game higher than Brad Crouch ?

Crouch is a huge injury risk, but is streets ahead of Nick Graham as a player

More ppg than Matt Crouch, that is definitely possible though.

I reckon Brad will average 95-100, hence why I have Brad in my team. If they were similarly priced I would probably pick Graham because I think the average would be similar but Graham is more durable.

Do we think Graham will match Cripps for SC output this year?

That puts them both in the 95-100 range.

Nab cup games are so open... As soon as it tightens up it will hurt Graham's scoring. That's why we see flops from the jongs and rich' during the season

He pumped out 3 consecutive tonnes last year b4 getting injured playing the same role?

If he keeps the role he matches Cripps for me.

problem is where do you put him.    in normal year would be a pod choice.    this year you have libba and crouch.    no room sorry[/size]

I wouldn't put him anywhere ... I'm just stating he's capable of matching them and Cripps for a 95ave this year.

As opposed to the person who disagrees.

if this counts for anything in 2014 i stuck gold with my risky pick of jackson macrae at the dogs only owned by 1.3% of coaches at the start of the season he was a HUGE part of getting me to where i did that year this blokes has the makings of a jackson macrae breakout year.

The problem is that there as so many breakouts to choose from (De Goey, M Crouch, Hunter etc.)
