Nick Graham?

Really haven't heard much about him this pre season but can't deny what he's done through the NAB challenge. Scores of 93, 90 and 122 (DT) top scoring for the blues in every game. A lot of talk about the other midfield mid pricers, Liberatore, Crouch's, Bird, De Goey etc. But this guy seems to be sneaking under the radar.

Should see similar time and as a result similar scores. They're the only 3 ahead of him in the mid rotation and he's had a full preseason. I think he will have a very high floor and post similar scores week in week out - think of him as the budget version of Pendles.

Yes he will. All the mids will pinch hit along the half forward line and he has actually looked quite capable down that end of the ground. His leading patterns and hands have both improved and so has his kicking for goal. Daisy sat on the wing all night and was putrid, looking at it I think Curnow goes out to the wing and Daisy goes to the half forward flank when Murph returns so Graham will play the same role.

Gibbs and Cripps both played Nab 3 and Graham tonned up.

He has played 16 games in his career, no more than 8 in one season and 8 were as sub.

Why didn't he play after round 16 last year when he had back to back games of 20+ disposals in what is a very poor list?

Is he best 22? Off the NAB games yes, but if he has one poor game I wouldn't be surprised if he went back to VFL footy.

He has not shown enough to suggest he will be a good pick IMO.

There are cheaper options like Libba, the 2 Crouches and De Goey who are miles better options.

He's definitely best 22 now. He's only in his 3rd year so getting better and playing more games is natural progression.
I agree that Brad Crouch and Libba are better options but I don't see why Matt Crouch or De Goey are any better
