Looks like they will be out for an extended period, defiantly didn't look like they were 2 week injuries so I think we wall need to trade Gaz :(
In saying that he has a great replacement - the bont
Has been pumping out some massive scores recently and I can only see him getting better. Locked

I dunno, Eade seemed confident that he had full movement in his shoulder/arm & that it's not too serious @ this stage without scans. If it's a 1-2 then i will hold, Mathieson should cover in this period.

If it's 2+ or a season ending injury then i'm also going "The Bont"

The problem with Gaz is he is no good with injuries as we have seen so if people have trades I would ditch him if not you might have to put up with below par scores

The Bont was all set to be my last mid next week and a Massive pod. Now with Ablett gone and the Bont scoring 135, he won't be my pod no more. :(

Spot on, Shaker.  Gaz is getting older and can't seem to shrug off the injuries and the tags nowadays.  It's no use holding him if he's only 60-70%. Let's face it, he wasn't travelling too well even before the shoulder incident.  I've got 4 trades left and money in the bank so will more than likely get in Hanners or Neale if it's called for.  Then put my feet up and hope that the three remaining trades will see out the year, although I've put Bartel on notice, just think he may be running out of steam.

It's hard to swallow but Gaz is never going to get back to his best from here. The signs were promising even just two weeks ago vs hawthorn but then he didn't train the week after, was average vs st kilda and now copped another injury. Really sad for him and SCers across the land that have him in our teams! You know, it actually dawned on me that if I trade him out now this may be the last time I have gaz in my team.. Hrs pretty much blacklisted for me next year and after that who knows..
But as said previously I'm looking at it as an opportunity to get in one of my favourites in bont

Seeing as I need to deal with Rich, and need funds to get him -> Heater, I may have to miss a cheapish downgrade to a Neale and go all out in funds and pick up a bloke under $500k. I ain't gonna use 3 trades, so 2 has to be it. I'll need about $120k to get to Heater, so I'll need a mid under $480k.

I'm interested in Hall now that Richitelli is out, Ablett is out, and Eski is out. He's gonna have to step up big time in that midfield.

Hearing that Ablett will be sidelined for at least 4 weeks, this is without confirmation from scans. Either way it doesn't sound great, as Shaker mentioned he will then come back under done.
