Eade stated he'll start Round 1

But now this

I hope everybody jumps off.

The fact he is running 5 km's on a 'bad' foot means he should be fine. It's not like last year with the shoulder

If it is tibialis posterior tendinopathy - jump off

Only know about it because my daughter had it and she is much tougher than GAJ - was out for ages.

Not much info though, even though they've said tendon could just as easily be plantar fasciitis - given that he ran 5km on it...

I reckon if he's named round 1 you have to pick him - Dons, Freo, Carlton, Lions, Dogs is his first 5, that's a soft start for him. And last year when he came back from injury he got 118 and 87 before they decided to give him more rehab time, then came back while everyone was skeptical and got 118, 153, 189 before buggering his knee. I'm gonna bank that they learned the lesson about bringing him back too soon so they won't do it again if he's not ready. So if he's named round 1, he's gonna average about 150 in that opening 5 :P

Love the logic, and hope you're right. My concern is with the soft draw there may be the temptation to not play him even if he is right, OR WORSE play him round 1 then rest him the following weeks after we've all picked him  :(

The same Ryan Crowley that Ablett has scored 121, 137 and 185 against the last 3 or so times?

last time i said ohh its ablett so i will ignore, got to say im concerned this is coupled with no Jom Swallow to help him out. He will get massive attention and not have many guns to back him up so he will again shoulder a huge burden (that could mean huge points or an injury).

PICCOLLO

If he plays he's in. He might cost you a trade if he gets injured and goes out but he'll cost you more if you leave him out and he goes bang.

I got on him straight away when he came back last year and threw the C on him straight away.  Yeah, he got injured but he was scoring big while he was out there.  If it's a serious injury they'd be dumb to play him.  If it's a niggle, it won't stop him dominating.
