Rocky and Ablett

It seems silly to not start with ablett and rocky yet ownership is only about 50 percent. Is there a logical reason for this? I don't understand why ownership isn't 70% plus. WTF?

1) they dont understand that they are good value
2) they randomly picked there team
3) worried about them getting injured

New players might not understand Rocky's history of brilliance I guess

A lot of people don't have the time/can't be bothered doing SuperCoach for the whole season, instead they look at making their team as a sort of 'one off' thing

So they end up picking POD's, favourite players and players they think might break out, which is probably a more enjoyable way to do it if you're only going to spend a couple hours on it and then leave it

I have rocky but not GAJ. Wanted to see GAJ play before R1. This foot injury is a worry to me even though he is cheaper then chips

some people wait it out. get them later. some times it works. some times it doesn't

Am definitely starting with Gaz. Don't mind wasting a trade on him if he gets injured but do now want to miss out on him if he comes out and dominates like he always has. Reward easily outweighs the risk.

Think if you were to do a survey amongt FF members and from teams in the Supercoach advice section O think 90% would be the figure as I have seen very few teams without Ablett and Rocky. As an indication I can remember 2 without Rocky and 3 without Ablett.
So you can see the NOOBS steering clear.  Also some reason could be those with more than one team using experimental teams.

Lots of people play supercoach as novices and don't really understand how the game works.  Some of my friends pick random mid price teams and half their players are injured. Hence why I join all the leagues on here instead ;)

same here. except i have a work league. last was undefeated whole season but lost GF as i had 0 trades left with a few injuries/suspensions ha

Starting Rocky but not Gaz at this stage first time and I am nervous but since his injuries last year and a bit of a foot problem this year i'm not confident plus no Swallow or O'Meara and he will cop Crowley round 1 , lets see if he plays the last NAB game but I just need to see him in action and that might be round 1  :-\

Lol.... last 3 times he played Freo he got scores of 137, 185 and 157

He will more than likely play NAB 1

He and Rocky have not left my team once
