Interesting team. First thing I'd do is cull Gibbs and look to bring in 1 more premium defender, or maybe a midpricer such as Sheridan or Suckling.

Turn probably wines into Ablett/Pendlebury; you could use another true top line midfielder.

How much cash left?

Defence is too weak. I'd drop Lids or Greene to Wells. Gibbs to a Mills/Parish/Oliver. Then use cash in def. Harwood as a cheap option. Pending cash left, Weitering or a cheaper rookie to a premo.

After that, try and fit in Gaz! :P

You need to upgrade one of your backline to a premium I would go WC M.Brown. Your mids are a bit light as well. Most teams have Rocky at D4 or D5. I'd downgrade Delidio or Greene to Wells and Crouch to a rookie and upgrade one of your backs and one or two  of your mids to ultrapremium.

Not much left, cash wise. Waiting to assess round one rookies (from a shortlist) to work out if I drop a premo in fwd and out them up back.

The weak defence is a byproduct of lack of value in premos up there. Need to wait for an emerging talent i think and jump on them hopefully week 7-8. No doubt there will be a premo injury up fwd or mid which might facilitate a dpp swap and premo back replacement, which has worked for me in the past.
