Room on lists for promoted rookies

Does anybody know (or where I can find out) which teams have room to promote rookies

Each team can have from 38-40 seniors players
Crows, Lions, Cats, Dees, Saints, Dogs have 40
Blues, Freo, Pies, Suns, Hawks, North, Port, Tigers have 39
Giants have 42
Swans, Eagles have 38

So technically no club needs to upgrade from the rookie list as they all all 38 and above but some can if they wish

Dees, Dogs, Saints and Port can all upgrade extra rookies to cover Melksham, Crameri, Carlisle, Ryder and Monfires too.

Yes I'm pretty sure they can, Eade has also been hinting at MacPherson being uograded, likened his preseason to Touk Miller's.

Thanks Capper - Seeing GWS had 42 wondered but forgot they came in in 2012 whereas Suns came in in 2011.  However the Suns still have one vacancy to use if the desire.
