Also remember it is quite Windy which is having an effect on kicks also. Really evident by a couple of kicks at goal some of which only scraped through for a behind.

Harwood ones had nothing to do with wind, they were just really, really poor kicks. One was poor decision making to go across goal to a two on one, the other was a tumbler that didn't even get off the ground and then he butchered another short one as well.

Mathieson learnt the Selwood duck living down in Geelong. He got a few free kicks for head high contact early.

I was thinking the same about Nicholls but considering the opposition you would hope he looks ok.

Robbo has been impressive, looking very good, same goes with Bell. Harwood has done a couple of ok things but also butchered a couple of kicks really badly.

not much opposition for them either though

The wind is really hurting on the set shots. It is really pushing across goal, I can't remember which player it was but they snapped it and it took the ball right across from the behinds on one side to the other.

Strong winds seem to have been a major factor in most games this weekend. I guess the open local grounds don't provide much protection
