Dawson confirmed better than Fyfe

Fyfe only played a half but you're right. Dawson is in

With that are you tempted for the "C" or the "VC"?

Didn't get to watch the game, did Broad look like he could line up in the Tigers defense round 1?

He played on Pav a bit and got a football lesson but obviously he won't play on guys like that in regular season with Richmonds key defenders in the side. I don't think he hurt his chances of playing round 1. Still no garuntee to play though

If he's fighting for a spot against Batchelor he out performed him comfortably.

It's hard to know what the back 6 will look like. Obviously Yarran not being available till round 6-8 helps, and Chaplin looks set to be a swingman depending on the opposition so I think he's a chance to play even if Batchelor does.

Grimes, Rance, Vlastuin, Houli will always be 4 of the 6 and then I guess it could be any combination of Chaplin, Astbury, Yarran, Morris, Batchelor, Broad

It looked like McIntosh was playing across half back a fair bit in that game as well, with Yaz out that might be the role they expect from early? Maybe add Conca to the list as well as a half back flank option. It probably helps Broad that Astbury hasn't exactly been the most durable player.

Possibly, but both McIntosh and Conca have both played on the wing in the past so it's hard to know what they will go with. I think it's hard to really know until nab 3 when teams are more likely to go a full dress rehursal  for round 1 with a full team and players in correct positions.
