theory on why there are more forwards

i'm really tired so this might be dumb but do you think players seems to get forward status easier then defense is the goal scoring factor

i feel like this is why a Motlop can manage to get forward status but Oxley couldn't get defense status

Pretty sure its simply based off their TOG in terms of where they start at the centre bounce

Has nothing to do with goals kicked, but someone else can clarify as it's been discussed before

To answer your question though, I feel like mids tend to rest fwd more instead of resting in defence, so we get more fwd/mids

To answer your question though, I feel like mids tend to rest fwd more instead of resting in defence, so we get more fwd/mids
