Depends what the extra $90k you save by taking Parker is used for

Would be able to bring in Mills for either Gore, Mathieson, Hibberd or Dunkley.

I think Parker and Mills is ahead of Pendles and one of those mentioned rooks

Exactly, none may play.

Well you can put a line through Gore and Dunkley.

Longmire's presser wasn't inspiring confidence re. Parker, will spend more time as a forward to support Buddy. I realise this line is often bandied around but it makes sense given Tippett will be spending more time on the ball. Having second thoughts on Parker now.

Hey guys, not sure if anyone is watching the Coll vs WB game right now but I am starting to second guess myself on Pendles (mind you I am a Collingwood supporter and his my favourite player and I am well aware what he is capable of scoring wise). He hasn't been attending many centre bounces at all and although at first i thought they would just be rumours, it looks as though he is playing a HBF role as Collingwood need a good kick out of defence, does this make anyone else reconsider?

That combined with last nights performance puts a line through Parker for me.

12 touches at 1/2 time isn't too bad

Pendles is Pendles, don't worry

Was he playing from the pocket or the flank last night?

Agree RD but his stats look a lot better than the way he is actually playing live, he hasn't played bad by any means but disposals were bumped up where he had 4 in one passage of play, what i am worried about is where he is playing, can he score 115-120 as predominantly a HBF and not getting centre clearances (has 0 clearances so far today and 3 rebound 50s) etc. because it seems like Sidebottom, Treloar, Adams, De Goey are getting priority at the centre bounces.

I'd relax a bit mate. Pendlebury is older, more experienced and more proven than those guys. Nab cup for him is just going through the motions so don't read into his play too much.
