Role will be the same I presume, half back with stints through the midfield? Could be wrong though mate

I'm not over thinking this one. I think he is a very good player. I have him in my team. Who knows what his role will be, but he has the quality to be a top 6 back.

Especially with the number of half back options Adelaide has, every chance Laird could play pure lock down roles regularly

I wouldnt be starting him, far too much mystery surrounding how he will line up.

Seedsman, Hamptom, Smith, Laird, even Henderson can all play half back, wing, rebounding defender, lock down. Who knows.

read somewhere that smith will be back to playing @ HB.

Sorry if there is a post on him already, but it seems like he is always 1 week away every week...

I have held onto him, but I'm starting to think he may not be back for a while. Anyone know anything more then 1 week away?

Will be back next week so hold. Yeah unfortunately its taken longer than the 1-2 weeks they'd hoped for. I know everyone is frustrated, but you'd rather him to come back 100% and firing than play injured and produce shower scores.
