http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-04-13/whitehot-sun-aaron-hall-says-theres-improvement-to-come

"I like to train hard and get the best out of my body, but I've only played in the midfield at AFL level for 14 games.

"There's a lot of improvement in terms of the contested side of my game, first possession, and getting some more clearances.

"I'm excited about that and I'm excited to learn and implement those things into my game."

what a joke did nothing but rack up junk.

im worried he has got into the champion data good books and now gifted scores.

he did exactly what i thought and struggled all game and really should have gone sub 80.

Got the cats next week so expect another sub 100

Seriously Holz?

It's obvious you're very stubborn about not picking/rating him but you're being way too harsh

He had 32 touches (9 contested) for crying out loud. 72% DE from 32 ain't bad either

If you see a problem with that effort getting a mere 90SC, than you're clearly just being stubborn and or bias man

It's not like he went 120+. 90, that's all

Correct. Stats don't lie and can't argue against that logic either.

Raiden

Hall has been awesome, prior to the Nth game scoring (90) which is good enough in my eyes, his produced 4 nice tons. If you started with him @ $428K you done well, if you didn't - You missed the boat!

lol 32 touches is worthy of a 90+ score 90% of the time.

Hall hasn't delivered a sub 90 score for 12 games in a row. Please tell me how many games it will take before you concede he was and is a good pick?

What was he on at 3/4 time?

I really want to find that stats, im pretty sure it was 67 or under (I might be wrong as was out). he didnt do much besides getting the ball either with 3 marks and a tackl

stats dont lie but stats dont tell the whole truth.

Mitch Robinson: 5 less handballs but had 6 more contested possisons, had 3 more tackles scored 82
Luke Shuey: 3 less kicks 5 less handball but 4 more contested possesions 5 more tackles 2 less marks scored 85
Matt Priddis: 2 less kick, 2 less handball but 7 more contested possesions 5 more tackles 3 less marks scored 87

I reckon it was a 80-85 game.

just not a fan of junk stats, he isnt the only player, Bartel used to get it all the time. Just thought he was a little inflated considering i think he had a 30 SC quarter when the game was over.

when it comes to scaling, players with junk possesions shouldnt be the ones to go up.

Was on 52 @ 3/4 time.

ok thank you.

i was going to say I was being harsh but now im unleashing.

38 for the last 1/4 is a joke. the game was over picking up cheap ball around the ground is not doing anything at all. Scaling shouldnt be a factor as he did nothing when the game was on the line.

he didnt tackle or apply pressure which Champion data loves and rates.

to answer the question ill rate him after this 6 week break

I don't think anyone really cares whether you rate him or not - he is scoring great and is a prem forward. Your loss

And I reckon that's wrong. I was out last night and checking on phone - pretty sure he was on 60 something at 3/4 time

The topic has been discussed to death, and it's getting a little tiring going around in circles

Pick him or not, and move on

I was simply answering a question, kinda think if someone asks a question then they are interested in an answer :P

not really fussed, teams going well without him.

looking to pick up a forward premo this week going to be tough between Dahl, Martin and Monty

im thining Monty might be the top scoring forward this year.

Monty will be over 600k though - don't think I could spend that much

And nobody asked you if you rated him :P Bully just asked how you still can't say he is a good pick ;)

I'm with you Holz. Now he's become such a popular pick he gets the extra scaling - was the same with Bont last year.

I'll be surprised if Hall averages over 90 over these next 6 weeks.
