Hey guys long time no post  8)
I'm still around haha

Seeing Gazza around as a popular pick with his low price at the moment, I've got him too
But looking at who he is playing Round 1 the Creepy one himself, Ryan Crowley I'm double thinking.

Past games the Lil Master has played against Crowley he has scored:
Didn't play Freo in 2015 and Crowley was suspended
80 in 2014
101 in 2013 with 6 tackles

Though he has done a 160 and 136 against the Bombers in the past (didn't play them in 2015)

I'm looking at some X-factors for the first few rounds to really set it alight, as the last year or two I've started quite ordinary trying to copy others
What's everyone thinking for this game?

Set and forget for me, he's still cheaper than most years and if he drops 30-40k at the start oh well, most people will have him anyway, still going to be one of the highest scoring mids by years end and I don't want to miss out on any 150's

He will probably get the Jacobs tag in round 5 aswell

Its a little unknown if the bombers will use him as a tagger but crowley doesn't contribute much if he doesn't tag.

If worried just don't captain him.

If brave, wait until round 2 to buy him at maybe a cheeper price expecting a tag from crowley.

If you captain Gaz round 1 you're an idiot, and not cause of Crowley. Certain others are locked in as captain for me.

I'd almost consider bringing him in round 2, but I can't bring myself to not pick Gaz tbh.

Mr.Craig

Crowley will not have played a senior game for 18 months by the time Round 1 rolls around. He'll probably be shot by the second quarter.

Cheers lads
Thinking he shouldn't drop much in price anyway even if he doesn't score huge
My thought was just to have someone who might really smash it that weekend

Hope you guys remember the goliath 61 he knocked up in round 1 last season against the dees...

What about the tiny 176 when he was injury free? (Like he is now)

Didn't he score 22 the week after? As most people's captain?

More injury-prone than the result of a car crash between Scott Gumbleton and Beau Waters

He scored 61 (round 1) and 70 (round 2) Viney drove Ablett into the ground in round 1 and it stirred up his shoulder injury, he was rested after round 2 to make sure it was okay and came back in (round 14,15,16) scoring 119,119,176 he then hurt his knee in (round 17) scoring 22, after the 176 you cant blame people for jumping on and having him as their captain, was just badluck. According to the little master he is injury free and enjoying the pre season. Ablett is the consummate professional and he will leave no stone unturned to return to his best in 2016.
