I am going for a league win and have used probably 2 more trades than I would have liked, but in saying that I have won 3 out of 4 games.

Thinking Dea and Sheridan are my priorities to move out.
Would like to trade down to Smith which means I will have $637k to spend on a prem but which prem?

McCarthy>Petracca straight forward.

The other trade is difficult.
Sheridan is horrible, so I could trade him to Tucker or Lee if selected. But if I want Keays then I would have to move on Bennedy/Davis/Menadue which is earlier than planned as they are still lowish break evens.

Whats more important?
Getting Keays at the expense of a rookie yet to moo
Or
Burning Sheridan for a lesser rookie to avoid more cash haemorrhaging?

McCarthy > Petracca as you've said, then Sheridan to McVeigh (you should be able to afford it?)

Macpherson on the horizon if you miss Keayes this week

And Matho can't be that far away either given Rocky's gone down and they need to start shifting their attention towards building for 2107

Yep the Sheridan trade would be my second trade but your choice as I think you can get nearly any one you want.  Docherty, McVeigh, Rance or Simmo  just think Boyd may start to miss matched now doggies are starting to travel.

Keays is not that important imo with McPherson on the bubble next week.

Classic F1 technique - haha! Use the current season as testing for next year's car haha!

But let's face it, the Lions' chance of making finals are shot. Captain on an injury hotstreak, Beams missed all of pre-season and has only one game under his belt. Time to test potential new MID options e.g. Zorko, Robbo and get some game time into Matho and Keayes

Agree with what's been said, could trade Adams this week, surely Sheridan's due?!? Docherty looks the best value down back, my only reservation is he's been scoring well when they've been winning and he faded last year from memory.

i would just move sheridan on ASAP. He's been horrible. I don't think keays is a must have rookie. will make a little bit of cash. more mid rookies will pop up soon.

-Or hold

I am playing top of my league guy this week and I am 8th so don't mind tanking with a double downgrade but WHO to trade out is the question.

Just wait for team announcements and then trade.  Adams is near his ceiling so for cash you could downgrade him to Brand on the bubble and then hold if no other issues after teams named.  At the moment I have about 9 different options due to the possible carnage and just waiting for teams.
