With Fyfe off to a slow start does this guy play a more important role?

Tag will go to Fyfe and Mundy first

Breakout year in 2015 - # disposals also jumped from 22.7 to 27.5 - playing a more prominent midfield role? Mundy will be 31 this season...

Thoughts?

All I know is that Neale has a very high PPM, 1.25 or similar if my memory serves me correctly

MC

I had him all year last year and he was a frustrating player to own. He'd destroy a game seemingly, and wouldn't get rewarded for it SC-wise. I felt short-changed in at least 3 or 4 games by approx 30 points each time. What this means for 2016 i'm not sure. He undoubtedly has talent and gets plenty of ppm, though whether he can increase his fitness & TOG% remains to be seen.

LordSneeze

If he can bump up to 85-90% TOG id be locking in. QAt this stage though it is unknown if this is possible.

Ricochet

Usually players struggle to repeat a breakout year like Lachie had last year so i'd stay away personally. In saying that he is a very very good player

Barlow will be the one that gets increased inside time next year. Lachie should get similar

Gonna trade out Sidebottom. Just wondering what people's thoughts are on Neale?

At that price I'd look at Parker before Neale.

I disagree. I think Neale will be a better pick than Parker this year from this point onwards. Rd 1 score is irrelevant if you didn't already have Parker, because you won't get the points and his value won't matter.

It's a close call though, and Parker is about 30k cheaper, so whatever suits! Maybe the byes might impact your decision.

sammy123

i would go parker for value wise.

neale would b a good POD.

but hard to backup your breakout year its very rare

King_Robbo

Anyone looking at this guy?
Owned by 2% of people, knocking out 100s for fun and in a team where there aren't many others to steal his points
I know he's more if a DT player as his de is pretty poor, but can't help but think if he sharpens that up a bit he could start churning out consistent 120+s

RaisyDaisy

Only one score under 100 (92) and probably won't get any real hard tags

Great POD

I'd love to have a Neale, Sidey or Treloar in my side, but not sure it'll happen

592k does feel like overs for Neale, but his scoring warrants it

Grufflez

His scoring has also jumped up while Barlow has been gone.
Great pick and still worth considering but 600k is a lot and Neale doesn't pump out many 125+'s
110-115 average looking good though.

If you have your Dangers,Hanners,Pendles already Neale is a good POD.

BoredSaint

looking at him to complete my midfield when i find the cash. Had him all of last year and he was a super unique and only going to get better with no Fyfe
