I'm keen on the Gold Coast lunch. Hopefully with players back they improve so his scores go up? Then i had a sneaky think about the Adelaide version of Tom lynch. Always gets knocked out and finds ways to miss games but did put a few games together late and scored well. Anyone interested?

Cant see the benefit of taking a shot on either of them when guys like Dusty, Barlow etc etc are available

Much more upside to GC's Lynch, could be worth a punt.. But with Dixon gone will cop number 1 defender week in week out.

ADEZ

I think I'll take the punt on Lynch (GC) at this stage, KPP are viable in SC so like to take a risk on them, he always took the no.1 defender, ahead of Dixon (don't like to admit it now), if Day, Grant or Wright can pick up some slack so that he doesn't get doubled teamed at times he gets up the ground well and has a strong field kick... reckon he should post 55+ goals and a 95 point average.

Starting to smell a little bit of hype around Tom Lynch, but mainly Tom Lynch, anyone keen on Tom Lynch?

Ask "Alastair Lynch"

In all seriousness though, read a few good points surrounding GC Lynch and thought he deserved a thread, or at least a shared one.
Someone noted that GC Lynch should be getting better delivery this year, which I suppose is the opposite for Crows Lynch.

So tempted to start Tommy J

I've always rated GC Lynch as a gun CHF, but for a KPF to be a fantasy gun is a different story. He's no Pav/Buddy/Brown/Riewoldt. JJK (a more comparable player) won the Coleman and barely averaged 90.

HotTiges

Big fan of GC Lynch. Reckon he could go close to 100 + avg.more of a contested mark then JJK...

I decided to look into the impact of GAJ on Lynch a little bit, and have found the following:

Gary Ablett played in Rounds 1, 2, 14, 15, 16 and 17, but we'll ignore 17 because he barely played.

Tom Lynch scored the following in those matches,

Round 1: Opponent, Melbourne - DNP
Round 2: Opponent, St. Kilda - 51
Round 14: Opponent, North - 30
Round 15: Opponent, Bulldogs - 119
Round 16: Opponent, GWS - 79

So from the following we can determine that these stats are relatively useless and mean nothing.

LordSneeze

Very little upside to the crows Lynch.

He has the ability to score massive, but his average game is around the 80 mark. He is priced at 88 this year.

Top line he will average 90 and your not making enough cash or enough points to warrant picking him. If you want a POD, by all means trade him in, but I reckon it would be a very poor pick to start.

Keeper27

Popped in and out my side as F4 but with crows playing possible top 10 sides in their first 8 games has put me off

Thoughts on Tommy? First 4 game average was around 110 when GC were winning. Back to back 100s has got me looking and seeing GC draw is very very tempting. Only priced at $387? GC will only get more and more players back you would think and in the race for the Coleman to. Will be F6/F7 with tracka?
