Might want to reconsider Jaensch, I don't think he's going to be fit to play until May.

Ahh, damn. Well after taking Jaensch out I have $486,300 to spend on a D3. Around that price is the likes of Docherty, Birchall, KK (putting him in would leave me with only $700), Suckling or Yeo who I would be most interested in.

I could also downgrade Steven to another mid (I was thinking someone like Treloar or Sloane) and that would give me enough money to get someone like Bartel or Laird in.

So basically it comes down to this:

Steven + Docherty/Birchall/KK/Suckling/Yeo
vs
Treloar/Sloane + Bartel/Laird

You're already spending heaps in the backs so I wouldn't put more money in there. KK or Yeo should be fine.

Not entirely sure on Rosa personally, would look to push Francis back and replace Rosa with a midfielder.

I think the setup is good and 2 rookies and a midpricer will work. But I do agree with the above and not sure on Rosa. In saying that, if you have a gut feel about him then go with him. You obviously picked him for a reason so why not back him in.
