+1 and not bringing him back till he strings some consistent scoring together

This stage in the season I think I'll hold. Remember he got pummeled round 1 last year and was expected to be gone for ages, then returned in round 4... The guy is a tank. I wasted too many trades last year getting rid of and then re gaining and then re dropping Rocky, Gaz and Sloane that I'm more cautious now. Marathon, not a sprint.

Should we take the type of injury into consideration at all?

Last year it was a concussion and the cracked ribs, but this year so far it's been a hammy and a calf.. Just don't want to miss out on some premium scoring if his 2 weeks turns into 3 or 4

The bloke is a machine jfitty! Played with not fully healed ribs last year. I think having this week off will be fine and he should be back the following week even though they have said 2 weeks.

A machine???
You would sell any machine that broke down as much as this bloke.  Players like this cost you a lot of points throughout a season of super coach...

Not sure whether it's worth going down to Libba for some cash, or across to someone like Parker, Ward or Titch...

Should have had Libba to begin with

With his ownership at 50%+ I took a punt not to start with him.. Might have to jump on now though

Yep the only reason I'm trading Rocky out is because I didn't start with Libba, which wasn't a mistake mind you, I had enough for Cripps in that same position, but he's the logical guy to bring in for Rocky due to his price and scoring ability.

yeah i traded him. i have cover but no way im holding for 2 maybe 2+ weeks

Another factor to consider with Rocky and only heard this today - Although scans have cleared Rocky of calf damage it is nerve related similar to the back nerve issue that kept Rocky out of the NAB cup. Are these nerve issues going to pop up anywhere given the 2 in a month in different areas.
Probably an injury trade warranted.

Remember his value will not go down whilst he is out injured.  So opportunity to work on other parts of your team and deal with Rocky later.

Ok that's more concerning then... Bugger.

I'm wary of making too many reactionary calls given I've had a terrible start to the year, normally I reserve any trading in the opening rounds for rookies or LTIs, and at this stage Barlow, Rocky and Robbo are my biggest concerns! Will have to look at my options - still the chance I'll hold all of them though.
