MVP is surprising but I'll take it

MVP is given for the most valuable player in State of Origin mate, you were the MVP over the three rounds and big reason Vic Country took the SC title this year, well done mate.  ;)

Gigantor

Best first year  ;D ;D ;D

Feels like a bit of a cop out seeing that I've being doing SC for a while now but I'll take it haha

Thanks for all the work Grazz and Enzedder!

I think it's the 1st of quite a few Elxam Awards that will have your name attached to them mate. If you look through SC DT and AF it's a whose who of talented coaches that have won Best First Year and gone onto win their fair share of other Elxam Awards.

Elxam Overall Champion I regard as the biggest award we actually give out here. If you play all 3 comps this award should be something that you want to win.

Yep. That's the result I looked at the most. Pretty happy to finish top 10 (even if only just).

SuperCoach is more than enough for me. Kudos to those that do all 3 but SC is all consuming and more than satisfies my fantasy interest. I did DT for 2 seasons a while back but it never really appealed and I've never even considered AF and don't have the slightest idea as to how it works.
The Elxam Champions League Premiership that Rusty00 has won back to back is my #1 target.

Oh and well done Grazzy for updating the honour roll. Looks good.... Some quality on there.

That's fair enough mate,i'll keep working on you and wear you down haha.
I can't force people to play the other codes nor would I want to, a coach must want to do it otherwise they wont enjoy it and that's the important thing above all that you enjoy yourself otherwise success will be hard come by.
One team isn't enough for me so I enjoy having 3 teams one in each comp, the comps all throw up their different challenges and I like that.

1) DT is fairly straightforward, weight of possessions per player is the main criteria.
2) AF although using the same scoring system as DT it has a bigger strategic factor to it, get rookies off the ground asap fill it
asap then set about upgrading B grade prems to A grade guns asap. Cash generation and how you go about filling up is vital.
3) Then there's SuperCoach, weight of possessions is still important here but more how a player gets those possessions and what
he does with them is crucial, contested, uncontested etc etc, SuperCoach is the tougher of the 3 comps. It demands more
homework from a coach you have to look deeper into a players stats. There lies the challenge with it. I think it's easier to go
from playing SC to AF and DT than the other way around.

Certain factors from each comp overlap each other alot don't. Playing one can make you better at another. The challenge of nailing all three in the same year and then going up against other coaches who are as determined as you to rank well makes for a competition that is pretty tough no matter how much you try to simplify it. It's a tough task and I enjoy that it keeps you on your toes lol.

Overall Champion creates a game within the games. You're not only watching your teams and how they perform but watching your opponents closely and what all three of their teams are doing, where you can hurt them and where they are hurting you.
Trying to rank well, perform in Elxam and make finals is enough to drive ya mad, brilliant when it works heartbreaking when it doesn't lol.

Haha yeh that happens to. I was intent on winning it this year. It was the mission from the get go for 2016, I'd like to be the 1st to win it twice. Just gotta keep on keeping on mate don't ya and hope you can get three comps travelling well enough to contend.

Not if I get it first haha

LF

Hard to do well in all three comps if you are doing well overall in one of them, you tend to concentrate more on that one than the others

enzedder

Might take me a while to wear me down Grazz.
I'll play all 3 when I'm retired in about 20 years haha...work interferes too much with my Fantasy Football.
Or maybe I'll get a motorcycle and stack it so I can go on a benefit...put the feet up... Any tips?

Make it a cruiser so after you do your sunday morning ride and brunch you can update the latest on the afternoon games before riding home.
