Cardiomegaly SC (story of a Supercoach virgin)

So for the first time I'm attempting the trifecta in AFL Fantasy, Real DT and now Supercoach! Here's my first look at a team. I know the scoring's different so any pointers on guys I've chosen would be great! ;D

Def: Shaw, McVeigh, Bartel, Aish, Seedsman, Brown (Hartley, Hibberd)
Mid: Ablett, Rockliff, Prestia, Parker, Redden, Crouch, Trengove (Gresham, Keays, Menegola)
Ruck: Martin, Leuey (West)
For: Martin, Dahlhaus, Bird, Simpkin, Kerridge, Petracca (Sumner, Phillips)

My glaring issue would be to downgrade Aish or Seedsman and bulk up a forward.

Yeah I think that you're spending quite big in DEF. I wouldnt have both of Shaw and McVeigh but that's your decision.

Interested to see Prestia and Redden. Dont think I have on any other teams. At a quick glance they seem like better picks for AFL Fantasy... or do you see potential for big improvement?

Yeah...you don't want Redden mate. Prestia will be a POD, but really I think you should look at the top 10 SC mids thread and pick your super premos then. Have to have Libba as well.
Will probably be a lot of cheap rookie backs so if you did downgrade there and find some money to bring in say Barlow at F3 you'd be looking better again.
Leuey as R2 might be an inspired pick but probably safer if you can run with Lobbe....Leuey is still in my team but as a fwd/ruck cover.

Cheers for the input guys. Yeah I'm definitely going towards the fantasy side of things cos that's what I know, but I'm assuming you want players with high efficiency, come through in crunch time and tackling workhorses?

Mid: Ablett, Rockliff, Fyfe, Liberatore, Parker, Crouch, Trengove, Morabito (Gresham, Keays, Menegola)
Ruck: Martin, Leuey (West)
For: Martin, Dahlhaus, Bird, Wingard, Wells, Petracca (Sumner, Simpkins)

Nice team to sit on and watch rookies surface to finalise.

Watch Fyfe in the NAB cup to ensure injury free. Just personal but would prefer Libba over Crouch if you have the cash.

Yeah, I'm actually a bit surprised I left Libba out to be honest and would def prefer him over Crouch...I'm betting Crouch gets injured again and thats no good for limited trades game.

Actually did have Libba in the team as well as Crouch, just left 1 midfielder out. ;D

suggest upgrade luey to lobbe or tippet. luey has some injury niggles.
