This man averaged 106 unaffected last year but is priced at just 525k at an average of 97. He has an incredibly easy draw. He has a massive tank which means he will run out games and will be benefited from the interchange cap. He has averaged 74, 100 and 106 (priced at 97) which means he is on the up. Am I crazy or is it possible for him to go 110-115 or am I kidding myself and be better off paying the extra 40k for Ward or 70k to Gray/JPK. Would love your thoughts!

Has breakout written all over him.

I'll back him to average at least 110.

Locked in my side.

kilbluff1985

i dont think it was serious but he had like a full body cramp recently or something bit weird

has been in and out of my team though been killing it on the track this pre season too

In and out of my side too, depending on the Rookies who are starting in R1 he might get a run.

I like Ollie. But at this stage do not see him being a top 15 mid. With that in mind, will only choose super 3-4 premiums and then potentially 1-2 who will increase in cash to be worth it from the very start. Wines at $525k is a little expensive. Would get him $40-50k cheaper tho. Don't wanna risk much this year in my starting team.

I'm a fan, but with Libba and Crouch being so cheap I reckon the other mids we start need to be proven guns. 550k+ mids Libba and Crouch

I can see him having a huge year as well and he would be a great pick. Unfortunately he is at a price that makes it hard to start him for the reasons already stated... wanting 4 super premiums and Libba and Crouch. I really like Adams and Swallow as well but haven't found a way to lock them in.

What do we think if we compare him to Cripps and Bontempelli? Who would be the better pick?

Peter

Port's draw will make it interesting for Wines. They have easier initial fixture, but have Wines and Polec to come back in and Ryder and Monfries to go out. Dixon will take some time to settle in, if he manages to remain injury free, so IMO, Gray may spend more time forward, thus reducing his scoring. Will be interesting to see the dynamics of Ebert, Boak, Hartlett along with Wines, Polec and the Gray boys

top 15 averaged 106 last year... certainly can see wines going better than that.

however if i didnt have 4 guys i considered top 8-10 i wouldnt pick him. He's an M5+ selection IMO.

See Ablett, Pendles, Rocky, Fyfe, Danger, Jelwood, Hanners, JPK, Mundy, Priddis, Sloane, Gray, SMitch, Beams, Ward all in front of him, including some others. There's 15, plus more. Hence why I wouldn't want Wines.
